Bike Rental How-To Guide
When you book a bike rental with one of our cycling tours, we handle everything for you – delivering your bike to the tour starting point and collecting it at the destination. No extra charges, no hassle!
- Advance Notice: All individual bookings must be made at least one week in advance
- Service Areas: We deliver to Bangkok, Phuket Province, and Phang Nga Province
- Location Details: Please provide your exact pickup/drop-off location when booking – delivery costs will be calculated and added to your rental
- Standard Day: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Early Start Option: Need to begin before 8 AM? We can arrange evening delivery the day before (subject to availability)
- Weekend Policy: No pickups or returns on Sundays. Saturday evening pickup or Monday morning return available upon request (subject to availability)
- Valid ID: A copy of your passport or legal identification is required at pickup
- Easy Upload: You can securely upload your ID copy to your user profile for faster processing
- How to Book: Complete our online rental form with your dates, location, and preferences
- Payment Schedule: 25% deposit required upon booking, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to your rental start date
- Optional Insurance: Bike damage coverage available (note: theft is not covered)
- Transparent Pricing: All rental rates include VAT – no hidden fees
- Delivery Costs: Calculated based on your location and added during booking
